A7. Local seminars competitions for creating a virtual work place named “Cultural labor market”

Each partner invites 50 participants to seminars. Target group members create and share their ideas. Special prizes will be established.

During this project results will be created:

  1. Virtual educational material about cities old- towns
  2. Audio-video with traditional music and stories about culinary heritageª
  3. Tests for evaluation competences
  4. Target group members competition – Virtual creation of a work place

Virtual café, work place description will be disseminated to all possible learners /stakeholders.

Monitoring visit and recommendations

  1. In order to streamline project management:

1.1. To organize the selection of participants for planned international teaching and / or learning activities.

1.2. To prepare a detailed implementation plan of the project dissemination and use of the results, envisaging targeted measures, target groups.

1.3. Document and keep all documents justifying the costs specified in the grant agreement. The project coordinator must keep the documents confirming the composition of the working groups of the partner organizations in the project file. contracts or official letters from the directors, specifying the form of the relationship with these persons in accordance with the terms of the grant agreement.

1.4. In all cases, Beneficiaries must be able to demonstrate a formal link with the persons involved in the mobility activities, whether they are involved in the project as employees or as learners.

1.5. Please note that costs incurred in another currency are converted into euros at the monthly accounting rate set by the European Commission and published on its website: http://ec.europa.eu/budget/contracts_grants/info_contracts/inforeuro/inforeuro_en.cfm. Expenditure shall be converted at the rate of the month in which the grant agreement is signed by the last of the two parties.

  1. In order to increase the quality of implementation of project activities:

2.1. When creating good practice videos, take into account the target groups, their needs,

2.2. To ensure the feedback of the training participants, to perform the assessment of the change of competencies of the target groups who participated in the training, the analysis of the use and applicability of the products.

2.3. Ensure that all project results are in line with the objectives and priorities of the adult education sector; the impact and added value of the project should be largely on the target groups and system of adult education.

2.4. We remind you that all project products and dissemination materials must bear the logo of the European Commission’s Erasmus + program and thus reflect the source of funding for the project (see grant agreement). More information on the Erasmus + publicity guidelines can be found at: https://eacea.ec.europa.eu/about-eacea/visual-identity_en. We also remind you that in all publications and publications of the project you must indicate that the created material reflects the views of its authors and not the Education Exchange Support Fund, the European Commission or its institutions, and that the European Commission is not responsible for its content or possible use. The Education Exchange Support Foundation logo does not need to be used in project dissemination activities.

2.5 In order to ensure the effective use of the project grant, consider the following options:

  • changing the form of contact physical activities to virtual in the event of force majeure due to COVID-19;
  • development of intellectual product content;
  • transfers of funds from one budget heading to another in accordance with the terms of the grant agreement;
  • project extension, continuity and practical applicability of results.

2.6. Prepare and send by 2021. July 31 el. email GrundtvigKA2@smpf.lt. an article on the implemented project, problematic areas of adult education, new teaching / learning methods discovered, research carried out, results achieved and their impact on the target groups of adult education. The article will be published in the “News” section of the Foundation’s website, on the European e-learning platform for adults (EPALE) (https://ec.europa.eu/epale/).

2.7. If the period of implementation of activities changes, update the schedule of project activities and download it by e-mail. During the implementation of the project, please ensure that the project activities comply with the objectives of the Erasmus + program and the application, as well as the conditions set out in the grant agreement. Inform the Education Exchange Support Fund of any known changes that may affect or change the implementation of the project.
