DECISION: all partners – to send activity list to coordinator until 2020 06 12 and sum left in the category “Project implementation”

 

  1. RESULTS – we have 1 and 2 RESULT. GREECE will create virtual café. We also have to create food recipes.

 

DECISION. To share virtual café created by Greece and to get feedback form partners. Until 2020 -06-12.

 

  1. LTTA. 2020 March LTTA – change to virtual training June-AUgust?

 

DECISION. To organize LTTA virtually. To ask NATIONAL agency if it is possible to take money from Individual support and to pay partners for teaching /training?

 

  1. Mobilities

 

2020 august -Sweden. Change to virtual mobility? To create measurement for the competences. ( Our target group learning starts form result nb1 and nb2). Then we must evaluate their knowledge.

International meeting in Sweden “Intercultural competence and evaluation” is needed for a team to create and work out instruments to valuate competence, to decide if that instrument works with the project participants. Partners will organize courses and classes and will have those who are learning in competence accepting.

2021 february Greece.

2021 June Portugal.

DECISION. To organize partners meeting virtually. Sweden responsible for meeting subject “Intercultural competence and evaluation”. Evaluation of competence. Mobility plans will be clear according the situation over the world.

Activities based on our results with the target group members

How many members of the young adult target group in your institution were involved in the development of Outcomes 1 and 2?

for example, 1 outcome (city places) 7 young adults and 3 adult educators)

2 outcome (songs) 5  young adults and 3 adult educators

local seminars –  organized 2019, November 27; 2020 april 27.

Meetings with stakeholders -was organized 2020, april 27

Add a list of participants with the signatures of the participants and organizers (local seminar partner list). If the activities took place on-line, have evidence of the results of the electronic correspondence in your institution.    

DECISION. To send to Coordinator information about target group, their training, participating creating OUTCOMES, meetings. To write their possible contacts, emails, names, surnames etc, photos.

  1. MONITORING

DECISION. To ask Portugal partner. Portugal partners sends monitoring report. Until 2020 -06-18.

 

  1. NEXT MEETING IS PLANNED ON MONDAY 06.15 AT 14.00
